The Iranian Academy of Management and Economics in Europe (IAME) is an international network of Iranian Scholars at European Management and Economics Schools. It represents the interests of Iranian scholars and senior researchers teaching or conducting research projects in Europe, or graduated from European universities and currently are engaged in academic activities in Iranian universities.

IAME consists of members and subscribers which are now more than 500 faculty members and researchers in Europe and Iran, including Edinburg University, ESC Rennes School of Business, Hanken School of Economics, IMD, EPFL, London School of Business, Maastricht University, Munich School of Management, Norwegien School of Management, NEOMA Business School, Norwegian School of management, Rotterdam School of Management, Tilburg University, TU Delft, University of Liverpool, University of St Andrews, vrije university Amsterdam, Wageningen University.

The purposes of the network are …

to provide a forum on learning, information sharing and knowledge exchange among its members

to stimulate and facilitate interaction and collaboration between its members and between the network and its external stakeholders

to extend and integrate knowledge that contributes to the improved teaching and research in management and economies sciences in Iranian universities

to acknowledge the best publications and research projects in Iranian context

to invite colleagues to participate in projects and publications

to ask for peer reviews of working papers, and projects in preparation

Furthermore, IAME brings together academics from all over the world, by organizing and/or promoting

An annual seminar

Student and staff exchange among members’ institutes

Research collaboration between the members in Europe and Iran

Local research events in Iran such as PhD workshops

IAME delivers news, notes, and research reports related to the network goals through communication services, such as Facebook, Linked-In and Telegram.
